Plot: A Test Pilot is granted a mystical green ring that gives him otherworldly powers, as well as membership into an intergalactic squadron called the Green Lanterns, tasked with keeping peace within the universe.
Review: I have never really been into super hero movies, and this was no exception I suppose if you are some adolescent into DC comic books then this is right up your ally, plenty of special effects in fact most of the film is special effects, which are excellent.
The story and acting are good as well Ryan Reynolds plays a good part as the hot shot screw up pilot comes good and his love interest Blake lively although a little wooden at times adds the glamour.
I suppose as far as Comic hero films go it wasn’t bad but wasn’t fantastic I’m sure like every other film thrown out by the super hero Franchise they will remake and improve it in a couple of years. Its certainly left open for a sequel at least
5/10 not my bag.
